Born in Baku in 1987, Vugar Farzaliyev was entitled to enter the Faculty of Dentistry of Azerbaijan Medical University in 2006. After graduating from Azerbaijan Medical University Faculty of Dentistry in 2010 with the title of "Dentist", he started his specialty in Ankara in 2011.

After gaining the title of specialization in Ankara, he participated in many national and international congresses, symposiums and meetings in order to improve his profession. In 2019, he moved to Antalya to continue working as a specialist dentist. After working as a dentist in Medical Park Hospitals Group for 2 years, he established his own Smileselfy Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic in 2021.

Vugar still attends professional congresses and meetings by following all current developments, especially in aesthetic dentistry, implantology and digital dentistry.
